Village Wellness accepts Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Carelon Behavioral Health & Quest Behavioral Health. We are also happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
